Gionee S10BL freezing problem

Good day, Kindly assist to fix this issue as it's affecting my productivity. Also system update could not be done as it complains of network problem while the phone is connected to the Internet. Thank you.

Charger problem

My smartwatch is not charging with its charger, and it's off now, The watch was working great when I bought it, but from last 2 months it's not working properly, it's side button also not working i request to costomer care centre to help me with it and solve my problem thank you Flipkart and thank you Gionee watch center

My Gionee x1 model mobile battery not working and also the mobile.

Before the mobile was working but now mobile is not working due to battery problem. Sometimes mobile gets on but when I start up using the mobile the mobile gets automatically turned off . I am facing lots of problems due to this default. I hope u can understand my problem and help me out..

My music playing application

I realise that when ever my phone backlight goes off my music playing application e.g audiomack and phoneix browser which i also use in playing music stop singing out and the music continue reading that it's playing without hearing a thing and it's annoying

Browsing problem

I bought gionee S9l,with serial number(VGJRU4NZWGZP9HGQ) and I was enjoying the browsing until three month ago when I started experiencing browsing problem ,other applications aren't working with mobile data except whatappp,but once I connect it Wi-Fi, everything will start working perfectly, I have done network resetting severely yet Google and other browsing application aren't working.
